Cyrus has deep experience designing and validating polymeric materials at Fortune 500 companies and at start-ups. Cyrus is well versed in developing and executing plans to develop, characterize, differentiate, and verify the performance of chemical products used in manufacturing and assembly. He also has the depth of knowledge necessary to create new polymer-based products and improve or modify existing product formulations.
Cyrus has hands-on experience with spec-in and qualification of materials used in assembly line manufacturing processes.
Cyrus earned a B.S. in Chemistry from the University of Washington and a Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Other interests include working smarter--not harder, developing and testing business ideas, breaking complex technological problems into smaller parts.
For fun, Cyrus enjoys boating in the San Juan Islands and hiking in the North Cascades.
